A stretch bracelet in 8 mm polychrome jasper beads, in warm reds, ochres and creams.
The colour is iron doing different things in different places. Jasper is silica packed with enough impurity to go fully opaque, and where iron oxide arrived in quantity it reads red, where less of it arrived it runs yellow and cream. The swirling comes from the sediment being disturbed before it set.
Only turned up in the trade in the late 2000s, from Madagascar, which is why you will also see it sold as desert jasper.
