Returns Policy
At The Crystal Showroom, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, a crystal may not meet your expectations. We aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible, while also ensuring compliance with UK consumer protection laws.
Returns Period:
- You have the right to return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. This 30-day period is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Conditions for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@thecrystalshowroom.com within the 30day returns period.
- Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return meets the above conditions, we will process your refund.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment method and banking institution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as TikTok live sale claims, custom products (such as special orders or personalised).
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Costs:
- Please note that we do not cover or refund shipping costs for returned items.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process, and then place a new order for the item you desire.
Product Descriptions:
- All of our product descriptions include dimensions and scale information to indicate an accurate representation of the products.
Natural Wear and Tear:
- As crystals are a natural and organic product, some wear and tear might become apparent after long-term use, especially if exposed to light, moisture, or physical damage. This does not mean an item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
