Returns Policy

At The Crystal Showroom, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, a crystal may not meet your expectations. We aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible, while also ensuring compliance with UK consumer protection laws.

Returns Period:

  • You have the right to return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. This 30-day period is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Conditions for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@thecrystalshowroom.com within the 30day returns period.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return meets the above conditions, we will process your refund.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment method and banking institution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as TikTok live sale claims, custom products (such as special orders or personalised).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that we do not cover or refund shipping costs for returned items.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process, and then place a new order for the item you desire.

Product Descriptions:

  • All of our product descriptions include dimensions and scale information to indicate an accurate representation of the products.

Natural Wear and Tear:

  • As crystals are a natural and organic product, some wear and tear might become apparent after long-term use, especially if exposed to light, moisture, or physical damage. This does not mean an item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
